Every cleaning uses our own PrestigePurity™ Fresh Start Cleaning Service — a process developed and refined through more than 10,000 grill and oven cleanings. We remove the cooking grates, heat shields and other accessible components and take them to our service truck to soak in a proprietary heated steam-bath system. While the heat and soaking action loosen baked-on grease, fat and carbon, your technician scrapes, scrubs and vacuums the grill body by hand, then thoroughly rinses and dries every component before reassembling your grill.

Every cleaning also includes a free 10-point inspection — ignition system, firebox, knobs, igniters, hoses and regulator, burners, grates and heat plates, loose hardware, venturi tubes and (on request) gas flow. Because we remove what's removable, we can spot a worn igniter, a rusting burner or a small leak before it turns into a bigger repair.

Most cleanings take roughly 2 hours or more, depending on the size, age and amount of build-up. An especially neglected grill can take longer — we won't rush it just to hit a shorter appointment window.

We use professional cleaning products specifically selected for our PrestigePurity™ process — capable of breaking down heavy grease, fat and baked-on carbon while still being safe for your grill's specific surfaces and components. Stronger isn't always better: different grades of stainless steel, finishes and internal materials respond differently to cleaning products, so our technicians are trained to choose the right product and technique for your grill rather than reaching for the harshest option available. We don't rely on store-shelf oven cleaners or other shortcuts that can strip or discolor certain finishes. Once cleaning is complete, everything is thoroughly rinsed — no harsh chemical smell, no fumes, and nothing you need to “burn off” before your next cookout.
