Prestige BBQ and Oven Cleaning prides itself on providing a thorough deep cleaning on your BBQ and oven. Due to age, condition, amount of time between cleanings, etc., there are times when no amount of scrubbing will remove carbon deposits, bluing, heat scorches or rust from the inside of the lid, grates, or inside and outside of the cabinet. Prestige BBQ and Oven Cleaning will determine at time of service if any of these conditions apply and will inform the customer appropriately if a reasonable solution can be found to solve the problem, or if the service should be performed.
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and a cancellation may be necessary. Please call us at (720) 597-7755 during regular business hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation and/or rescheduling can be done 24 hours prior to your appointment or by emailing us at mike@prestigebbqandovencleaning.com.
Due to the unpredictable weather we have in Colorado, Prestige BBQ and Oven Cleaning reserves the right to cancel any outdoor cleaning in the event of high wind, rain, hail, thunderstorms or other wet conditions. We understand you might have waited an extended period of time for the appointment but cleaning grills in rain or wet conditions and/or high winds creates a greasy mess that even our protective measures can't fully contain. We don't want to possibly stain your deck or patio or leave a trail of greasy water drippings back and forth to our trucks because we tried to clean the grill in inclement weather.
Hail and thunderstorms are also a safety concern for our team, and this applies whether or not your grill is under a covered patio or in a garage, since wind and rain can still carry grease and water around it. For these reasons, Prestige BBQ and Oven Cleaning will do everything we can to reschedule the cleaning at a later time that is acceptable to both parties.
